Delivery
When in stock, delivery usually takes 7-14 working days from date of posting, but may take longer if circumstances beyond our control disrupt postal services. Out of stock items will be dispatched as soon as they are available. A charge of £4.95 is added to each order to cover shipping costs. You may return any faulty, damaged, duplicate or incorrect items within 30 days of receipt. You may return any unwanted items that are unopened within 7 days of receipt. We will action your refund, return or replacement once we have received and processed the item (please allow up to 14 days). We will only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error. This does not effect your statutory rights.
To return the item please wrap the item securely and include the invoice and a short note explaining the reason for return. Usually the packaging in which the item was sent can be used for its return.
Any items purchased at the retail outlet must be returned there.
